One World Hotel has recently unveiled its stylish Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant with a spanking new look, completely new location and revamped menu. The aptly named Zuan Yuan is interpreted as ‘A garden filled with enchanted diamonds’, which literally reflects the alluring ambience and exquisite cuisine.
The all-new Zuan Yuan embodies the concept of vitality, representing vibrant and energy. The vastly spacious and pillar-less dining area is bathed in blue, gold, white and black colour palettes enhanced with elements of Modern Oriental design. The Oriental charm is subtly incorporated into the interior with a collection of antique earthenware and cutleries all framed up and beautifully displayed on the walls. The high-end restaurant embraces the open kitchen concept which allow diners to witness the master chefs whipping up their culinary creations. Taking centre stage of the RM10million restaurant is the high definition 15.1ft x 8.4ft LED screen, embedded into the lavish dining area.
Elevate your culinary experience to the next level in our private dining rooms, accented with bright and intensely hued eye-catching backdrop, inspired by traditional Chinese mountain paintings. All the elaborated rooms are dressed in sophisticated chandelier lantern-like lampshades. The private rooms are partition-able into five rooms and seats up to 100 persons.
Delight your taste buds with authentic Cantonese specialties in Chinoiserie setting, highlighting some of our signature dishes such as Steamed Marinated Chicken Slices and Jelly Fish in Spicy Sauce, Tiger Garoupa Claypot Style, Traditional Peking Duck Roll in Wheat Flour Skin and Spring Onion, Cucumber and Tangy Sweet Bean Sauce, Claypot Eggplant with Cuttlefish, Shrimp, Bamboo Shoot and Black Fungus in Spicy Chilli Sauce, Double Boiled Fish Maw Soup with Dried Scallop, Abalone, Sea Cucumber and Mushroom, Prawn Meat with Green Chives Cantonese Style, Wok Fried Sliced Chicken with Homemade Chilli Paste and Fresh Milk, Fried Smooth Bean Curd with Minced Chicken and Petai and Fish Head Vermicelli Soup with Pumpkin just to name a few.

High quality of food with a lot of attention to details in decoration and the way of cooking, all the single details unexpectedly delicious! We have stayed in the hotel and had our meal for 2 days in the restaurant.. 1st day we have right the Chinese food and the 2nd day we had choice to taste the buffet verities.. Thanks for the amazing service Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant!
