Booking sini masa konvo UTM yg ke-66. Stay 4 hari 3 malam. So ini pendapat saya:
Cleanliness – top notch. Dlm hotel, lif, luar bilik, dlm bilik, semua bersih
Customer service – awesome. Tak sombong. Mesra. Cuma saya berpendapat adik² jaga kaunter tu kena pandai sikit lah tentang locality sbb saya ada tanya tempat makan etc, dia sengih² dan ckp tak tahu. Ini penting ya sbb mostly yg menginap hotel bukan local jadi mmg normal kalau kami tanya tentang tempat makan etc
Berdekatan Sutera Mall, Shell etc. Hotel tak sediakan makan. Tapi ada vending machines yg jual minuman, snacks.

Parking – ada banyak. Sangat banyak. Depan hotel, belakang hotel. Cuma tempat parking dia open lah. Park at your own risk.
Overall, tak mengecewakan!
