They might not be the 5* hotel but their rooms, service and comfort they display are one of the best. Some polishing and improvement will be good if they willing to accept.
1. Should turn one of the lift to serve only between 1st storey and basement
2. Porter to assist with luggage.
3. On the chandellier light.
Impressive grand lobby. Ample basement parkings and no charges. The separate restaurant building was beautiful with resort design…all timber with high ceiling and center court yard with koi fish pond. Very relaxing and comfortable dining area which can fit at least 200 or more.
Room was spacious and clean. Specially love the latex mattress. Soft and very comfy. View was nothing great as expected in Bangi.
The coolest was having an indoor ladies pool. Never seen one before. Big locker room and shower area.
Service was great. Staff were friendly and helpful
Wow, amazing stay with Hotel Tenera. Big room, nice decoration of room and overall hotel. Breakfast was good, delicious and had a lot of choice of food. Widely restaurant/place with good presentation of food + atmosphere gave you great moment to enjoy the food.
Well maintained, good amenities, bed was too soft but i think it is comfortable for most. The only downside was the noise frok the compressor/ventilator system from the building below. I had to request room change to upper floor (i think 18) to reduce the noise.
