As a prelude to the main event, the venue also has a pre-function foyer that can host up to 100 guests for a welcoming reception.
Meanwhile, the 4 function rooms are located at the second floor, providing natural light and an easy ambience for that special seminar or conference with seating capacities ranging from 20 to 70 persons.

For weddings, Templers Ballroom can cater to Chinese wedding, Malay wedding and Indian wedding. Chinese wedding menu is divided into vegetarian and non-vegetarian package, priced at RM1,288 and above per table of 10 guests.
For Malay wedding, menu prices start from RM1,000 per table of 10 guests with basic decorations included. Indian wedding menus on the other hand, has 2 package choices, both priced at RM1,000 and above per table of 10 guests.
