February 21, 2024 at 2:39 pmJust spent six nights with my Wife and children in two club rooms. We absolutely loved this hotel and it exceeded expectations. The staff from the greeters, house keepers, reception, club room and restaurant were so friendly and obliging. My room was absolutely beautiful and spacious. The king bed was as good as any I’ve slept in and the pillows and other bedding were all top notch. The bathroom amenities were also very nice to use and the choice of normal or rain shower was appreciated. We had breakfast in the club lounge as well the main area and they were both great. Really liked the fresh teh tarek and roti stations at the courtyard, but there are too many good things to list.

Thank you very much Pavilion staff, you should be very proud of your work. My family and I left with some lasting memories that will no doubt be talked about into the future.

January 15, 2024 at 2:39 pmChecked in for a 2-night stay for 3 of us. Booked the Club City Oasis room. Room was spacious, clean and cosy. Bed was firm and you can request for pillows of different level of firmness. Bathroom was of good size. Love the scent of the shampoo and conditioner!. Hotel is managed by Banyan Tree, hence hospitality is at its finest. Staff is friendly, approachable and efficient. Club room patrons have access to the Club Lounge and trust me, it is well worth the extra money paid. Had drinks and tapas at the Club lounge and was pleasantly delighted by the good quality of food items. Staff was generous with the free-flow alcoholic wines and drinks too! Breakfast at The Courtyard was a fantastic experience. Be greeted by a myriad of food varieties, ranging from dim sum to roti prata. Be spoilt for choice! Again, food is of high standard and tasty! With such high standards, I will definitely be back!
