It’s not only because of its superb facilities, more is their staff hospitality and caring which is often missing in any other 5star hotels. That makes me feel homely. I often travel to KL for work trip and stays over for many days in one trip. One world never disappointed me in any single way. They’d provide executive chair to make my back more comfortable, would provide lemon and honey at restaurant to ease my cough. All their staff quickly remember their long stay guests. Their greeting to me in name on my return in 7months time made me really touched. I’ve been to many top 5star hotels in this part of the world. But One World is truly the best. Together with the One Utama Mall next to it, it gives you endless shopping options and wonderful dinning experiences. It has been such pleasant stays. Thanks to all One World staff. You made me love this country and the people here. Highly recommended to anyone if you want to feel at home when travelling. If there is a 6star rating, One World deserves it in every aspect.

June 24, 2023 at 10:34 amI stayed at one world hotel for 4 days 3 nights and my stay was amazing. The swimming pool is kid friendly and the room service was very efficient. The peridot lounge was spectacular as it was for those who bought the suite package. The lounge came with a drinks machine and the buffet was amazing too. After leaving, I felt a part of me left behind and I was quite sad about leaving.
