Metropolis, the hotel’s pillar-less ballroom and six meeting rooms located on level 6, has been lauded as one of Kuala Lumpur’s most preferred MICE venues. Boasting a vibrant urban modernity coupled with reinterpreted old world charm, Metropolis pays homage to the multicultural history of the city while elevating events with exciting new discoveries and perspectives.

Stylish yet vibrant with a contemporary twist that is timeless, Clarke Ballroom, which accommodates up to 600 guests, will feature state-of-the-art facilities with architectural lightings and GOBO designs. The brightness of the ballroom and LCD projectors is easily controlled via an ipad. Two interactive kitchens at the foyer will allow guests to watch culinary teams at work, adding colour and flair to the function.

The new space at Level 8 encompasses a Gallery and Pool Bar & Grill, exposing creative-minded guests to the most inspirational experiences, from business meetings to private social gatherings and lifestyle events – offering limitless possibilities to indoor and outdoor events. With a seating capacity for up to 140 persons, the chic contemporary space can be configured for round table luncheons, a board meeting with conference set up and a classroom-style training session, which is divisible into two. Featuring four projector screens, architectural lightings, scanner lights and moving heads, the Gallery embodies style and sophistication in any setting.

Both levels, supported by state-of-the-art facilities and amenities, including wireless high speed Internet access, and dedicated conference and catering teams, will transform functional elements of the hotel into distinctive, sensory-rich hospitality experiences- way beyond the staid conventions surrounding typical meetings and events.

    Great place n service really good…appreciated. Next time my wedding will held there too. This time is my brother Jeffery and Nicole wedding n next mine. Will always tell my friends that Le Meridian is a great place to stay with , no matter for function or some in. Especially the bellman really kind to help me.
