November 20, 2024 at 8:28 amWe are glad to have chosen Hyatt Place for our 2nd time at Bukit Jalil. We wanted more comfort than the nearby apartments, and Hyatt Place met our expectations. The ambience is welcoming, relaxing, quiet and peaceful. The proximity to Pavilion 2, services and food establishments is perfect.
We would like to give a shout-out to Anis, a reception staff. She went above and beyond to help us out of a tight spot, showing her warmth and honesty. It’s the basic to provide friendly service at a hotel. But to leave hotel guests feeling that you truly care for them, is elevated hospitality and comes from the hearts. Thank you, Anis.
