March 25, 2024 at 11:54 amExcellently located on walking distance of main shopping malls in Orchard Road. Hotel and facilities are nice. Staff is excellent and super friendly and helpful. Nothing asked is too much. Our booking contained access to the Club Lounge and we really enjoyed our time there very much. Cocktails snacks are excellent and breakfast is complete. A special remark to Fiona who is doing far more than expected

Osveen’s exemplary leadership and attention to detail were evident throughout my dining experience. His ability to manage the restaurant efficiently while ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests truly stood out. His dedication to providing excellent customer service reflects positively on the entire establishment.
In addition to overseeing the operations seamlessly, Osveen took the time to interact with guests, making them feel valued and attended to. His professionalism, coupled with a genuine passion for hospitality, greatly enhanced the overall dining experience.

March 15, 2024 at 11:55 amIt was a wonderful stay for us. The room was large enough and they helped us with a microwave and cutlery during the stay. Breakfast spread was very good. Plenty of Variety and tasty food. Helena made sure the guests were comfortable during breakfast and provided all guidance. Food at hotel F&B section (at lobby) is delicious. Concierge service gave good guidance for going around in city..
