The location is absolutely spot on it’s incredibly easy to get on and off the train from the airport, and just as convenient for catching the onward train to Penang, which made travelling stress-free.
Helpful ReviewThe staff were genuinely excellent throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but a special mention has to go to the team who helped us when we accidentally left an item in our room after checking out. They very kindly located it quickly and even offered to courier it on to us, which we really appreciated.
We ate in the hotel for both the evening buffet and breakfast and were very impressed. As a vegetarian, I was delighted with the range of options available. The lady on the front desk in the restaurant was particularly helpful, taking me around the different stations and clearly explaining which dishes were vegetarian and which were not.
Overall, a brilliant hotel with a great location, excellent food and outstanding service. We’d happily stay here again
