Concorde Hotel

Located on the lobby level, Concorde Ballroom accommodates up to 250 delegates in a classroom configuration. The ballroom is equipped with a permanent stage feature that is retractable for a dance floor space.

For any dinner events such as weddings and annual dinners, the ballroom can accommodate up to 770 persons.

Linking the Concorde Ballroom and the adjacent Concorde V is a foyer which functions as a pre-function or cocktail venue. The Concorde V is large enough to host a good-sized seminar of 180 persons.

Head to the 1st level to find our seven purpose-built galleries. Allowing a classroom capacity from 21 to 40 persons, any small meeting is perfectly suited to our stylishly designed rooms. With soothing colours providing a feeling of warmth and spaciousness, you’ll have no trouble getting into the right mindset.

Three Patio rooms and three smaller Studio rooms are situated on the 2nd floor.

Patio 1 has a permanent boardroom meeting, accommodating up to a maximum of 12 persons, whereas Patio 2 and 3 both provide comfortable meeting or seminar settings for 30 persons. Each Patio room overlooks the Petronas Twin Towers, and opens up to a side entrance allowing participants to stretch and relax after a long seminar.

Studio rooms 1 to 3 serve as user-friendly discussion or interview rooms. Each studio can accommodate up to 12 to 24 persons in a classroom arrangement.

For coffee breaks and snacks, meals are conveniently arranged at the spacious Patio foyer.

    Chong Li Ling and her team from Concorde did a fantastic job to organise my son’s wedding dinner in March 2018. The contact was made from New Zealand via email and the immediate response I received right to the function itself was top class service. The communication was great. Li Ling even answered my phone call on a public holiday in KL (I wasn’t aware it was a holiday). To ally my concerns about the room, she videconferenced me and showed me and my wife the room so we were satisfied that the room was ok. On the function day, food and service was fantastic. Very tasty food and very good service from the duty manager and all staff. Li Ling arrived later close to the end of the function to make sure everything was ok. Would highly recommend you hold your function in the Concorde and work with Chong Li Ling. Concorde Management – you have a star in Chong Li Ling !
